IGNOU OPENMAT XXXVIII 2016 for JANUARY ADMISSIONS

The next IGNOU OPENMAT Exam 2015 will be held on Sunday 16th August 2015. The application window will be open till 15th July 2015.
IGNOU OPENMAT XXXIX 2016 for JULY ADMISSIONS

The IGNOU OPENMAT Exam 2016 will be held on 7th of February 2016. The application window will be open till 15th December 2015
How many times in a year OPENMAT Exam are held ?

The OPENMAT entrance test is conducted twice every year usually in the months August and February. The entrance exams for the year 2015-2016 are OPENMAT XXXVIII (38th)  and OPENMAT XXXIX (39th). The dates of the entrance exam and the related dates can be found here >> IGNOU OPENMAT Notification

The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU conducts OPENMAT Exam for admission to Management Programs offered through the Open and Distance Learning (ODL) mode.

Graduation in any discipline with 50% marks for general category/45% for reserved category, with 3 years managerial/supervisory/professional experience (or);Professional Degree with 50% marks in Engineering/Medicine/Chartered Accountancy (ICAI)/Cost and Works Accountancy (ICWA)/Company Secretaryship (ICSI)/Law can apply for IGNOU OPEN MAT.

The Clearance of OPENMAT conducted by IGNOU is mandatory.
