National Institute of Technology (NIT) Durgapur invited applications for admission into the M.Tech programme Sponsored/Self Sponsored/Part-Time seats (without scholarship) for 2015 intake.

M.Tech programmes in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Corrosion Science & Technology, Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Power Systems, Power Electronics & Machine Drives, Telecommunication Engineering, Microelectronics & VLSI, Environmental Science & Technology, Information Technology, Operations Research, Machine Design, Fluid Mechanics and Heat Transfer, Thermal Engineering, Metallurgy and Materials Technology, Advanced Material Science and Technology, Software Engineering, High Performance Computing, Entrepreneurship and Innovations

Eligibility Criteria: At least 60% marks (6.5 CGPA) in last qualifying degree, relaxation of 5% marks / 0.5 CGPA is applicable for SC/ST candidates. If the result of the last qualifying examination is not published yet, the qualifying marks are applicable till the last semester.

How to Apply for NIT Durgapur MTech Admission 2015

Application form can be downloaded from the website www.nitdgp.ac.in

The application form must accompany a Demand Draft of Rs 500/- (Rs 250/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates) drawn in favor of “NIT Durgapur” payable at Durgapur towards the application fee.

The completed application form must be submitted by hand or by post to the office of the undersigned by 6th July, 2015.

The envelope containing the duly filled in application with relevant enclosures and the demand draft should be super scribed “Application form M.Tech Programme” and sent to Dean (Research & Consultancy), PG & Research Cell, Academic Section, National Institute Technology Durgapur, Mahatma Gandhi Avenue, Durgapur, West Bengal-713209
