Eligibility Criteria for PG Diploma Programmes 2015
Interested candidates should fulfill following eligibility criteria:
1. PG Diploma in Direction & Screenplay Writing: Bachelor's Degree
2. PG Diploma in Cinematography: Bachelor's Degree
3. PG Diploma in Sound Recording and Sound Design: Bachelor's Degree with Physics as a subject at Senior Secondary (10+2) level
4. PG Diploma in Editing: Bachelor's Degree
5. PG Diploma in Acting: Bachelor's Degree
6. PG Diploma in Art Direction and Production Design: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/ Painting/Applied Arts / Sculpture/ Interior Design in or any related field in the Fine Arts or an equivalent qualification
7. PG Certificate Course in Feature Film Screenplay Writing: Bachelor's Degree
8. PG Certificate Course in TV Direction: Bachelor's Degree
9. PG Certificate Course in Electronic Cinematography: Bachelor's Degree
10. PG Certificate Course in Video Editing: Bachelor's Degree
11. PG Certificate Course in Sound Recording and TV Engg: Bachelor's Degree with Physics as a subject at Senior Secondary (10+2) level
Proportionate no. of seats are reserved for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy layer) and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) candidates as per Govt. of India policy of reservations. Candidates claiming reservation under SC/ST/OBC(Non-Creamy layer)/PwD must possess necessary/ valid caste and/or disability certificate as the case may be at the time of applying for the courses
Candidates applying through ICCR should get in touch with the respective Indian Embassies only. Such candidates are to submit credentials regarding his/ her knowledge of English Language and need to appear for English Language Test
Appeared Graduates
Appeared Graduates may also apply; such candidates opting for Film Courses must submit graduation certificate/ mark-sheet while reporting for documentation verification before Orientation; those opting for TV Courses must submit the same while reporting for documentation verification before Interview
Written Test:
Written Test under FTII Entrance Exam 2015 for all the courses will be held on 09th August 2015 (Sunday) (Date can be changed if there are unavoidable reasons)

How to Apply for PG Diploma Programmes 2015
Applications are to be made online through website of the Institute (www.ftiindia.com) on and from 08th June 2015 and last date to submit online application is 08th July 2015 (05.00 pm)
To apply online, candidate need to draw a demand draft (as application fees) of Rs. 2150/- for General Category & OBC and Rs.650/- for SC/ST and Economically Backward candidates (Parents should be BPL card holders) drawn on any of the Nationalized Banks in favor of "Accounts Officer, Film and Television Institute of India, Pune" payable at Pune
Details of this demand draft like its number, issuing bank etc are required to apply online
Candidates need to submit scanned copy of his/ her recent passport size colour photograph while filling the online application form; after submitting online application form, candidate needs to take a print-out of declaration slip, sign in the designated area, attach the demand draft and submit the declaration slip along with demand draft to "The Controller of Examination, Film and Television Institute of India, Law College Road, Pune-411004" latest by 15th July 2015 (05.00 pm)
Application fees will not be refunded in any case
