Bangalore: The Trio World School in Bangalore, a premier British international school, will be awarding three full scholarships to selected female students who have a proven aptitude in Music or Mathematics.
The Headmaster, Dr Paul F. Meekin said that the awards are restricted to deserving students moving into their last year of middle school.
Meekin said that this is affirmative education action taken by the new Trio World School of full funding and is intended to give some young people a unique educational experience.
"We believe that these scholarships which will cover tuition, books and stationery, school bus and daily cafeteria costs, are one of the largest offered by a school in India" said Dr. Meekin.
