Guwahati: The Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati (IIT-Guwahati) will organize the 15th National Conference on Communications (NCC) for the first time from January 16 to 18, 2009.
The conference is jointly organized every year by the Joint Telematics Group (JTG) of the Indian Institute of Technology (IITs) and the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore (IISc).
The conference has become a regular forum for researchers, students and practicing engineers to present and exchange ideas in latest technological advancements and innovations.
Well-planned pre-conference tutorials, technical paper sessions, plenary talks by experts and industrial exhibitions have been the salient features of this conference.
Over the last fourteen years, it has witnessed progressively larger participation of researchers both from Academia and Industry.
A new dimension is being added to the NCC from this year by including three different symposia on Communications, Networks and Signal Processing.
