Aligarh: A national film festival of short films and documentaries titled "Filmsaaz' 09" was organized by the Aligarh Muslim University recently.
Winner students were given prizes by Muzaffar Ali, noted film-maker.
"Films are a powerful medium to revolutionize the society," said Muzaffar Ali.
"In the present scenario Indian cinema had lost its tradition and "sub-standard films were being produced," added Ali.
Muzaffar Ali was appreciative of the films directed by the young students.
