IGNOU has announced admission to the M.Ed. Programme which is designed and developed jointly by the erstwhile Distance Education Council (DEC), Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) and National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE). This two- year M.Ed programme will be offered through open and distance learning (ODL) system.

The admission to the M.Ed programme at IGNOU will be done Regional Centre-wise/ State-wise on the basis of the score obtained in the entrance test to be conducted by IGNOU all over India.
