Eligibility Criteria: The candidates should have passed the intermediate Examination under 10+2 scheme or an equivalent examinations with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English scoring at least 45% marks in aggregate of these subjects.

B.Sc MLT Admission (3 year Course)
Eligibility Criteria: (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English
Note: For in service candidates applying through proper channel, condition of passing 10+2 is relaxed provided these employs have put in minimum of 5 years of regular service after passing Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from the institution recognized by Haryana Govt.
Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) Admission (4 year, 6 months)
Eligibility Criteria: (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English scoring 50% marks
