Eligibility for Lateral Entry B.Tech Admissions 2015 at DTU
Entry Qualification: The candidates seeking admission to B.Tech admission lateral entry Programmes, must have passed a State Diploma Examination of three years duration in any branch or any other examination, recognized equivalent there to by the Delhi Technological University with a minimum aggregate (aggregate of all six semesters /three years) of 60% (50% for SC/ST, PwD and 55% for OBC candidate)
Passing the said examination will be construed to imply the date of last examination (Annual or otherwise taken by the candidate leading to Complete Fulfillment of the requirements for the award of three years State Board Diploma)
Admission Procedure for Lateral Entry B.Tech Admissions 2015 at DTU
The admission will be purely based on merit giving full weightage to their score in the qualifying Diploma course in the prescribed period of normal study
However, the admission committee may conduct screening test (physics, chemistry, mathematics and mental ability)/ interview depending upon the number of applicants
The decision of Admission Committee regarding Admission shall be final and binding upon the candidate

Application Form for Admission to B.Tech Degree Programme through Lateral Entry-2015; read the instructions given in the Bulletin of Information carefully before filling this Form through website www.dtuadmissions.nic.in; fill up all the columns completely
Your application is liable to be rejected, if any of the items is unfilled or incomplete
The downloaded application form completing all formalities must be submitted to Coordinators B.Tech Lateral Entry Admission 2015, Office Room No. IW-GF11, Department of Applied Chemistry, Delhi Technological University, Shahbad Daulatpur, Main Bawana Road, Delhi-110042 upto 20th July 2015 (Monday) on all working days (Monday to Friday) between 10.00 am to 05.00 pm either in person or by post along-with Crossed Bank Draft of Rs.1,000/- drawn in favour of "Registrar, Delhi Technological University", payable at Delhi
