Eligibility for B.Sc Allied Health Science Admission 2015 in BMCRI, Bangalore

Age Limit: As on the last date fixed for submitting the filled application the minimum age is 17 years and maximum age is 35 years for General Candidates and 40 Years for SC/ST /CAT-1 Candidates

Qualifying Exam: Pass in PUC Examination or an equivalent examination recognized by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as principal subject of study (OR)
Diploma certificate issued by Para Medical Board, Govt. of Karnataka for Lateral Entry in respective subjects in Medical Lab Technology, Operation Theater Technology, and Medical X-ray Technology courses
Duration of Courses for B.Sc Allied Health Science Course 2015

For PUC Candidates: 3 Years & 6 Months internship after passing final year exam

For Lateral Entry Candidates: 2 Years & 6 months internship after passing final year exam
Selection Procedure for B.Sc Allied Health Science Admission 2015 in BMCRI, Bangalore

Selection of candidates is purely on the merit basis of Marks obtained in Physics. Chemistry and Biology of qualifying examination; if there is no candidates from PUC, the remaining seats shall be given to diploma certificate holders

In case of the Candidates holding Diploma course  ertificate in (1) Medical Laboratory Technology, (2) OT Technology, (3) Medical X-ray Technology

They are eligible to apply for direct selection for the II year course in their respective discipline. A MCQ test will be conducted for the candidates who have applied for Lateral Entry

The list of candidate will be published considering the highest marks availed in the test, in order of merit applying the roster system
Fees Structure for B.Sc Allied Health Science Admission 2015 in BMCRI, Bangalore

Tution Fee: Rs.10000/-; University Registration Fee: Rs.2000/-; Admission Fee: Rs.500/-; Sports Fee: Rs.1000/-; Student Welfare Fund Fee: Rs.450/-; Library Fee: Rs.500/-; Magazine Fee: Rs.100/-; Laboratory Fee: Rs.500/-; Helinet Fee (To the College/University): Rs.750/-; Caution Deposit (Refundable): Rs.2000/-; Medical Exam Fee: Rs.70/-; Identity Card Fee: Rs.100/-; Total Fee: Rs  17,970/-

An amount of Rs.5000/- will be forfeited out of the fee paid during the admission, if the Candidate discontinues the Course

Candidates are advised to go through the institute advertisement carefully before sending their application to the institute

Duly filled Application shall be sent along with attested copies of certificates and requisite Demand Draft in person or by registered post along with along attested copies of certificates and requisite Demand Draft in person or by registered post to office of "Director cum Dean, Bangalore Medical College & Research Institute, Fort, K.R Road, Bangalore-560002"

Application Fee for B.Sc Allied Health Science Courses 2015

Payment of Rs.150/- with respect of SC/ST & CAT-1 applicants and Rs.500/- with respect to other applicants in the form of Demand Draft in favour of Director Cum Dean BMCRI, Fort, Bangalore from any nationalized Bank

All the particulars desired in the application form should be entered carefully and legibly (in capital letters) and sent in sealed cover super scribed as "Application for the Allied Health Science course (B.Sc…………...Course)" and to be sent to the Director cum Dean, BMCRI, Fort, Bangalore in person or by post preferably by registered post acknowledge due so as to reach the institute on or before 05th August 2015 up to 05.30 pm. Application received after the last date shall not be entertained

The application fee paid will not be refundable in any case and incomplete applications shall not be considered
