PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Medicinal Chemistry, Medical Biotechnology, Molecular Genetics, Genome Biology, Human Physiology, Organic Chemistry, Molecular Oncology, Cell Biology, Natural Product Chemistry, Medical Microbiology, Immunology, Pharmacology and Toxicology.
Eligibility Criteria Master’s Degree in the appropriate field of Science, M.Tech., M.V.Sc., M. Pharma or M.D. with a minimum of 55% marks or B.Tech., MBBS with 70% and 60% marks or equivalent grades respectively.
The candidate MUST have a Junior Research Fellowship from either CSIR/UGC/ICMR/DBT (Category A) or from projects funded by CSIR/UGC/ICMR/DBT/DST/DRDO or equivalent funding agencies. As per UGC guidelines, the students at the time of registration to Ph.D. must have financial assistance for a period of at least two years.
How to Apply University of Delhi Phd Admission 2015
Applications are invited on the prescribed format available only on DU and ACBR websites along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 500/-.
Candidates are required to submit a Statement of purpose on plain paper in their area of interest (please see above for areas).
The Application complete in all respects Must Reach the office of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Center for Biomedical Research, University of Delhi, North Campus, Delhi-110007 on or before 11th June, 2015 only by Speed Post or Registered Mail.
The Demand Draft should be drawn, in favour of the “Director, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Center for Biomedical Research”. Application received after the prescribed date will not be entertained under any circumstances.
