University of Agricultural Sciences announces Raichur BSc Programs 2015

Applications are invited for admission to the following professional and Technical undergraduate degree programmes in the University of Agricultural Sciences, Raichur under NRI quota for the academic year 2015-16.

Courses Offered and Eligibility Criteria

B.Sc (Agriculture) Applicant should have passed two years pre-University course or 10+2 level or 12 years schooling or its equivalent examination with 50 percent marks or above in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) subjects or in any other equivalent optional Science subject (50% marks in any other optional Science Subject)

B.Tech Agricultural Applicant should have passed two years pre-University course or 10+2 level or 12 years schooling or its equivalent examination with 50 percent marks or above in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) subjects or in any other equivalent optional Science subject (50% marks in any other optional Science Subject)
Reservation of Seats

15% seats reserved over and above the intake of given degree Programme to NRIs /Children or NRIs/ candidate sponsored by NRI.

Definition of NRI candidate / NRI sponsored candidate shall be as given by Govt. of India / Karnataka Education Authority.

Candidate should have studied in English medium at higher secondary or at 11th and 12th standard level.
How to Apply

Application shall be obtained from university website i.e., www.uasraichur.edu.in

Completely filled in downloaded application and submit by post or in person along with the educational documents and DD on or before 21st July, 2015 to The Registrar, University of Agricultural Sciences, Lingasugur Road, Raichur–584104

The application fee is Rs. 1000/- (Thousand Only) payable in the form of Demand Draft only drawn in favour of the Comptroller, UAS, Raichur purchased on or after the date of this notification, payable at Raichur.
