M.Ch Courses in Neurosurgery, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Urology, Surgical Gastroenterology, Paediatric Surgery, Paediatric Surgery, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Surgical Oncology, Endocrine Surgery
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be Citizen of India. Candidates from other States are not eligible to apply.
Candidates who had studied their Under Graduate and Post Graduate courses in Tamil Nadu are eligible to apply. However candidates from other States who had studied in Tamil Nadu are eligible to apply provided they do not claim nativity in their State and give an undertaking to that effect.
Other candidates will have to produce the Nativity Certificate of Tamil Nadu Origin in the format annexed to the application form.
The Certificate of Nativity in Tamil Nadu should be issued by the competent authority only in the specified format annexed to the application form and supported by a copy of Passport/ Ration Card / Voter’s ID / Driving License. If the copy of the supporting document is not produced, then the application form will be rejected. Nativity Certificate submitted later will be summarily rejected. Permanent Residence Certificate will not be accepted.
How to Apply
Application forms along with the Prospectus can be downloaded from websites www.tnhealth.org and www.tn.gov.in.
Applications submitted through online shall be considered, only after receiving the print-out of online entry with necessary self attested copies of certificates.
Application with necessary enclosures to be sent in a large sized cover measuring 38cm X 28cm superscribed ‘APPLICATION FOR HIGHER SPECIALITY COURSES 2015 – 2016 SESSION’ to the Secretary, Selection Committee, Kilpauk, Chennai -10 before the last date along with a Demand Draft for Rs 2500/- towards the cost of application form drawn in favor of The Secretary, Selection Committee and payable at Chennai
