Duly filled application should be submitted at the University Office in person or by registered post
a) Can be downloaded from the website and submitted along with a dmeand draft of Rs.3000/-
b) From University office or (c) By Post/Courier by sending a Demand Draft of Rs.1100/- (All Demand Draft should be drawn, in favor of “Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences University” payable at Karad)
