Online Application is invited by Indian Navy from unmarried Male Indian Citizens and subjects of Nepal & Bhutan for enrolment as Sailors for Artificer Apprenticeship (AA) – 139 Batch Course Commencing in February 2016

Educational Qualifications for Indian Navy Sailors for Artificer Apprentice (AA) – 139 Batch 2016:

Qualified in 10+2/equivalent examination with 60% or more marks in aggregate with Maths & Physics and atleast one of these subjects; Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science

Age: Candidates should have been born between 01st February 1996 to 31st January 1999 (Both dates inclusive)
Pay and Perquisites:

Pay & Allowances: The Artificer Apprentices basic pay band is Rs.5200-20200. In addition they will be paid Grade Pay @Rs.2000/- plus MSP @Rs.2000/- plus ‘X’ Group Pay @Rs.1400/- plus DA
Selection Criteria for Indian Navy Sailors for Artificer Apprentice (AA) – 139 Batch 2016:

Selection of recruits is based on the order of merit on their performance in Written Test, qualifying Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and fitness in the Medical examinations
Written Test for Indian Navy Sailors for Artificer Apprentice (AA) – 139 Batch 2016:

    a) The question paper will be bilingual (Hindi & English) and of objective type
    b) The question paper will comprise of four sections i.e. English, Science, Mathematics and General Knowledge
    c) The standard of the question paper will be that of 10+2 and the syllabus for the exam is also available on website nausena-bharti.nic.in
    d) Duration of question paper will be of one hour
    e) The candidates are required to pass in all sections and in aggregate

Selection Procedure for Artificer Apprentice (AA) – 139 Batch

The applications are to be filled online on website www.nausena-bharti.nic.in
The selection procedure is as follows:

Print out of online application will be received only through ordinary post. Application received through speed post/registered post or couriers will be rejected

Short-listing criteria will be based on percentage of marks scored in 10+2

Call up letters cum admit card for eligible short listed candidates indicating date, time and place for recruitment tests, which are scheduled during Sept./Oct.-2015 are required to be downloaded from internet site www.nausena-bharti.nic.in

Interested candidates qualified and willing to apply for Artificer Apprentice Course -139 batch in Indian Navy can apply through www.nausena-bharti.nic.in from 9th June to 19th June 2015

Filling up of information like email id is compulsory. Click on “Sailors Entry” button under apply online on the home page of website www.nausena-bharti.nic.in

Fill up the form completely. Before clicking the ‘Submit’ button make sure all the details are correct.

Print two copies of the online application form. One copy duly signed, alongwith attested copies of matriculation certificate, 10+2 marksheet, domicile, NCC Certificate (if held) & one self addressed envelop of size 22×10 cms with Rs 10/stamp affixed on envelope to be forwarded at the address Post Box No. 476, Gol Dakkhana, GPO, New Delhi-110001

Last date for registration of online application is 19th June 2015

Physical receipt of application at this office before 26th June 2015 will be the final confirmation of receipt

Online application will be further scruitinised for eligibility and may be rejected if found not eligible in any respect

Photographs: the photograph should be clear and of good quality with blue background. Application received without photographs will be rejected

Attesting Officer’s name, signature with office address/seal should be clear and legible. Documents without attestation would be rejected
