Diploma on "Food Processing" and Certificate Course on "Fruit and Vegetable Processing Technology" & "Bakery and Confectionery" are being offered in the Department from Academic session 2006-07 with the mandate to generate expertise for self employment and improving employment potential in catering, food industries and hotels etc.
