I. General Manager (OPS) :

Essential Qualification & Experience : Master (FG) or Dredge Master Gr.I Certificate of competency or Graduate in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University.
EXPERIENCE : At least 20 years experience (out of which minimum 8 years in a senior managerial capacity including 3 years minimum length of service in the immediate lower scale of General Manager) in Planning and Development, Ship Repairs/ Maintenance, Dredging contracts, etc.

II. General Manager (Technical) :

Essential Qualification & Experience : I Class MOT (Motor) Certificate of Competency as Chief Engineer (OR) Dredge Engineer Gr.I Certificate/ Endorsement (OR) Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from recognized University.
Experience: Atleast 20 years experience (out of which minimum 8 years in a senior managerial capacity including 3 years minimum length of service in the immediate lower scale of General Manager) in Planning and Development/ Ship Repairs/ Maintenance, Dredging Contacts, etc.

III. General Manager (IT) :

Essential Qualification & Experience : Engineering Graduate or Graduate with MBA Systems/ MCA Engineer with MBA Systems is preferred. Experience: Minimum 15 years experience in Networking and Applications Development and ERP implementation. Knowledge in Networking, Internet Technologies, ERP is essential.

IV. Company Secretary (GM Level) :

V. Dy. General Manager (HR) :

VII. Dy. General Manager (Dry dock Repairs) :

XVI. Sr. Tech. (Diving) :

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years experience in different types of Shallow and Deep Diving Jobs like Port Operations, Ships Clearance, Under Water Clearing, Drilling, Blasting, Salvage, etc.

XVII. Surveyor :

Scale of Pay : RS. 6000 to 11560 (PRE-REVISED)
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering OR its equivalent OR Survey Recorder (I/II) of Indian Navy. Experience: 3 years in the case of Degree holders and 05 years in the case of Diploma holders and SR-I / SR-II of Indian Navy in handling and maintaining all types of Survey Instruments / Equipments. Must be capable of conducting all types of Surveys, independently.
