Eligibility : Students securing atleast 70% aggregate in Class X, as well as 70% and above aggregate in 10+2 examination or its equivalent with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as subjects in English medium of instruction are eligible. Final year/Class XII students awaiting for examination results may also apply.
Merit Scholarships : Faculty of Science and Technology offers merit scholarships to students pursuing the B.Tech. Program. These scholarships are based on Semester-wise performance during the B.Tech. Program.
Admission Procedure : For Admission into the B.Tech. Program, applicants are required to provide any of the following test score(s):

AIEEE 2011
State Level Engineering Entrance Tests (2011)
Award of Degree : On successful completion of the B.Tech. Program, students will be awarded B.Tech. degrees by IFHE (a Deemed University), subject to rules and regulations.
Selection Procedure : Faculty of Science and Technology, IFHE will offer admission into the B.Tech. Program based on the marks secured by the applicant in IIT-JEE 2011 / AIEEE 2011/ State Level Engineering Entrance Tests (2011) subject to the applicant satisfying the eligibility criteria of admission. All applicants seeking admission based on Entrance Tests have to submit the attested photocopy of the scorecard. If the applicants do not get the scorecards of their appeared tests at the time of submitting the Application Form for Admission into the B.Tech. Program, please mention the Name of the Test appeared and its Application Number in the Application Form for Admission . However, such applicants are required to submit their scorecards on or before June 06, 2011. Due weightage will be given to the past academic record. Candidates will also be waitlisted based on above criteria. The letters for provisionally selected candidates will be dispatched from June 14, 2011 onwards.
Allocation of Seats to Waitlisted candidates : The waitlisted candidates will be offered admissions from July 15, 2011 onwards. Such candidates are required to pay the admission fee on or before July 25, 2011.
Commencement of Classes : The classes for the first semester of the B.Tech. Program will commence from August 01, 2011.
How to Apply : Students interested to enroll in the B.Tech. Program can apply by any one of the following methods.
A. Application Form : Applicants are required to fill up the Application Form enclosed and send it to the Admissions Officer, IFHE on the address given below.
B. Download of Application Form : Alternatively, applicants can download the Application Form from www.ifheindia.org/fst, complete it and send it to the Admissions Officer of IFHE (address as indicated below) along with the Demand Draft of Rs.700 towards the cost. The DD Should be drawn in favour of “IUCF A/c IFHE” payable at Hyderabad. The Information Brochure and Application Material will be sent to such applicants. Documents to be sent along with Application Form. All applicants have to submit attested copies of certificates i.e. Class X, XII / equivalent examination marksheets, Proof of Date of Birth and scorecard of the entrance examination along with the Application Form.
