DELHI – RPRD INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE 2010 – JAMIA MILLIA ISLAMIA

The conference aims to bring various stakeholders into a colloquium to debate and discuss policy issues and innovative practices associated with the conference theme. The stakeholders include government officials, policy makers, programme administrators, project managers, and eminent scholars. In this context an International conference on “Relevance of Policy Reforms on Development: Challenges before Emerging Economies” is being organised by the Department of Social Work, Faculty of Social Sciences, JMI, New Delhi, India.

Objective :
* To explore new vistas of effective management of social welfare programmes.
* To bring together theoretical discourse and empirical contributions on service delivery.
* To categorize new challenges and innovative measures in policy formulation and implementation.
* To discuss and debate alternative mechanisms for efficient delivery of services.
* To discuss various alternative resource mobilization strategies in social sector.
* To document the proceedings of the conference for the use of policy makers, service providers, practitioners and researchers.

* Last date for receiving abstracts: October 20, 2010
* Intimation of acceptance of abstracts: October 29, 2010
* The last date for receiving the full length paper: December 24, 2010
* Last date for conference registration: January 10, 2011
* Intimation of acceptance of final paper: January 12, 2011
* Boarding and lodging intimation (for National & International delegates): January 15, 2011
