GHAZIABAD – INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT – PGDM & PGCM ADMISSION 2009
Introduction: All applicants for admission to the Management Programmes are required to take MAT test conducted by AIMA or ATMA conducted by AIMS, Hyderabad. Those who have appeared in any other national level Management Admission Tests are also eligble to apply. The candidates appeared in tests,other than MAT or ATMA will have to submit their score card before GD & interview. Final selection is based on the candidate’s performance in admission test, group discussion, interview and academic record.
Admission Procedure: The candidates are also required to register at I.T.S through an application form that can be downloaded from the institute’s website : http://www.itsgzb.ac.in, and submitted along with a DD Rs. 1000/- drawn in favour of ITS, payable at Ghaziabad/Delhi. The form can also be obtained from Institute Campuses on payment of Rs. 1000/- in cash or by mailing a DD for Rs. 1050/ in favour of I.T.S payable at Ghaziabad/Delhi. Candidates who are finally selected for admission to I.T.S will be admitted on payment of prescribed fees by the date specified in the admission letter, failing which their selection will stand automatically cancelled. Request of change of Programme Campus is not permitted.
Hostels: For PGDM Programmes: For Ghaziabad Campus, the hostel is compulsory for girl candidates. For Greater Noida Campus, hostel is compulsory for all students.
For PGCM Programmes: Hostel for all candidates, at both the campuses, are optional. Fees once paid, except security deposit is not refundable. Security deposit will be refunded only on producing No-Dues Certificate from Library, Computer Lab, Programme Office and Accounts.
Registration: Rs. 4,500/- is payable only once as Uniform Charge along with the first installment of first year fee ( in cash only). Security deposit of Rs. 8000/- is charged along with first installment of first year’s fee for Computer lab and library. The money is refundable on completion of the programme or on termination / withdrawal of admission after submission of No-Dues certificate. An amount of Rs.50,000/- for Ghaziabad Campus & an amount of Rs.60,000/- for Greater Noida Campus per academic year is payable against Hostel & Mess Charges at the time of joining the hostel and is non refundable. The refundable Hostel Security deposit of Rs. 5000/- is also to be paid at the time of admission. No adjustments will be made for leaves, holiday or student being absent from the Institute/hostel. Fee is to be paid by Demand Draft only. The fees, besides the academic fees also cover supply of books (one text book per Subject course for each semester), supporting reading material, Laptop with insurance, The laptop will be property of the student on completion of the programme. Any dispute will be subject to Courts in Ghaziabad jurisdiction only.
