The duration of course at Sr. No. 1 is four Academic years

The duration of course at Sr. No. 2 is four & half academic years

The duration of courses at Sr. No. 3-7 is three Academic years

The candidates will be paid stipend @ Rs. 500/- per month for all the courses. However, 5 seats of Radio diagnosis & Imaging course notified at Sr. No. 3 will be without stipend

1. The number of seats mentioned above is subject to variation without prior notice

2. Age limits-Not more than 25 years and less than 17 years on 31st August, 2009 (i.e. those who born before 1st September, 1984 and after 31st August, 1992) are not eligible

3. Application forms along with prospectus (brochure of information) are available from the office of the undersigned either personally on payment of Rs. 500/- for General/OBC/OPH category and Rs. 400/- for SC/ST at the counter (Kairon Block, Room No. 309) from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm and from 2.30 pm to 3.30 pm on all working days except Saturday (on Saturdays, forms will be available from 10.00 am to 12.30 pm) or by post for which the request must be accompanied with a self addressed thick envelope of size (24×15cm) bearing postage stamps of Rs. 25/- and Bank Draft preferably from SBI branch payable at SBI Medical Institute Branch (Code No. 1524) Chandigarh for General/OBC/OPH Rs. 500/- and for SC/ST Rs. 400/- drawn in favour of the Director of the Institute (A/C No. 65541). The candidate should mention category at the time of sending the DD.

Tentative date for the examination is 20.08.2009

Note: It is in the interest of the candidate to send the application through Registered/Speed Post.

No request for the supply of application form by post will be entertained after 30.06.2009
