New Delhi: The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is conducting a two day international conference on "Contemporary Indian Writing in English: Assimilation and Denial" from January 19 to January 20 at India International Centre Annexe, IIC (Lecture Hall).
Prof. Omprakash Mishra, Pro Vice Chancellor, IGNOU will deliver the welcome address at the conference.
Keynote address will be delivered by Prof. Charles Larson of American University, USA.
Dr. Kapila Vatsyayan, Chairperson, IIC Asia Project Office will attend the conference as the Guest of Honour.
Prof V. N. Rajasekharan Pillai, Vice Chancellor of IGNOU will also address the conference.
Several other prominent speakers from noted universities will also address the international conference.
