Central varsity in Ahirwal soon

A central university will soon be setup in the Ahirwal region of the state in the name of Lord Krishna.

Haryana Chief Minister, Mr. Bhupinder Singh Hooda said that the central university will be established in Mahendragarh over an area of about 500 acres.

Answering to the questions raised by local MLA Rao Daan Singh, Hooda promised the construction of a new building for the Government College for Women on the Mahendragarh-Narnaul road and also promised to introduce new trades in the local industrial training institute.

Mr. Bhupinder Singh Hooda made the announcement while addressing a local rally in Mahendragarh.

Hooda also called for a complete revamp of the state's education system to make it fully employment oriented.

"High level technical institutions will be established in the education city being setup at Kundali in Sonepat District. 25 percent of the seats would be reserved in this city for the youth of Haryana."
